Problem with my new website?

One of my nice customer seems to have problem when ordering from my new website.
So I was wondering if anybody have the same issue?

::UPDATE::
I have contacted the support team  and they have checked what was probably the problem. I made a mistake of setting up the postage rule, and they fixed it up for me. Hopefully now is all well. :)
